I’m Aarthi Sharma, currently Pursuing Company Secretary(CS) Articleship at SimplyBiz. As part of my training, I’m gaining hands-on experience in the field of corporate compliance, ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 along with other applicable corporate laws.

My role also involves assisting the team in Corporate compliance and keeping up with regulatory updates. Through this experience, I’m developing a strong understanding of corporate governance, legal documentation, and regulatory procedures.
