He has an extensive experience in Corporate Secretarial, Compliance and Legal Depts. of Listed and MNCs and a successful track record in execution of strategic decisions like setting up WOS, JVs, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund raising transactions and listing of securities on Stock Exchanges in India. Previously he worked for Fuji Electric India, Steel Exchange India, Vicat Sagar Cement, Northgate Technologies, JCSS Consulting and SemanticSpece Technoloiges covering IT, Consulting, Cement, Steel, Power and Electric Sectors. Babu earned a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Andhra University. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
