I am Tushar Bagri, currently working as a CS Executive Trainee at SimplyBiz. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in International Business and am presently pursuing my CS Finals (Professional). As an emerging professional undergoing training, I am actively engaged in learning about corporate compliance under Company Law, FEMA, SEBI, and other regulations. My experience includes preparing client documentation for Board meetings, General meetings, and various corporate events. Additionally, I have handled numerous form filings on the MCA and Flair portals of the RBI.

I have gained exposure to various statutory filings and continue to expand my understanding of corporate governance practices and principles. To further enhance my knowledge, I attend various professional development courses and workshops. I am passionate about continuous learning and work under the guidance of senior experts, which facilitates my ongoing development. I am dedicated to growing in various areas of corporate operations.
