SimplyBiz was founded in May 2022 by Mr. Gunturu Raghu Babu. His extensive experience highlighted a gap in service providers delivering managed services in a productized manner, leveraging technology to create value for stakeholders. Thus, he assembled a core team with over three decades of expertise in managing professional services to establish SimplyBiz. Our team includes Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers, and Management graduates with deep knowledge and competency.

SimplyBiz is driven by the mission of Simplifying our clients’ business functions. Our service offerings are productized to deliver superior quality and experience in Transaction Advisory for fundraising, Business Setup, Entity Management, Corporate Governance, and Secretarial compliances.
