On Saturday, June 15th, our team had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Mayur to our office. His visit was nothing short of inspiring, as he shared profound insights about his organization, Nirmaan Organization, and its impactful work in the community.

Mr. Mayur introduced us to the mission and vision of Nirmaan Organization, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a positive impact through various social initiatives. Each day of Navratri is dedicated to one particular form of Goddess Durga and each day has a significance in terms of colour also. To Keep the festival spirit high, Team SimplyBiz is celebrating color theme for a week to fill the office with glory and cheerful air of festivity.

The success and failure of an organization depend on its employees, truly making them the brand ambassadors for an organization. It is rightly said that employees can either make or break a brand. Trainings and employee development activities play a crucial role in developing employees for their professional as well as personal growth and preparing them for adverse situations and unforeseen circumstances.

The management of SimplyBiz realizes the importance of employee development activities and in this regard it has taken up the initiative to sponsor employees for their membership to the toastmasters club. Employees at Simplybiz were segregated into three categories Trainees, Managers and Exceptional and based on their category they were supported by the management to join a club within their locality. SimplyBiz will also ensure that there is a monitoring & evaluation mechanism in place to ensure that the benefits are actualised.

While participation in Toastmasters, benefits members in many aspects of their lives, it is perhaps in their careers that they gain the biggest boost. As best-selling author Harvey Mackay has said, “I’ve never met anyone who didn’t think To astmasters was super valuable to their career. We gain self-esteem, self-confidence, and assertiveness, which makes us better salespeople, better managers, better leaders.”

Expected Accomplihments through Toastmastes

Beyond communication and leadership skills, the Toastmasters program specifically targets listening, critical thinking, giving feedback, time management, planning and implementation, organization and delegation, facilitation, mentoring, motivation, and team-building.

We had the honour to welcome Dr. Indira Sudha garu, Assistant Director – Wildlife Crime Control Bureau to our office at Hyderabad on Wednesday, 21st December 2022.

The key take-aways from the meeting are:

1. How important wildlife is for our survival.
2. Focus on yourself and your goals and prioritize your mental and physical health – “Love yourself”.
3. How to handle failures and criticism and move on – Stay away from the negativity.
4. Create optimum work life balance – Handling office and family.
5. To push yourself and take one step at a time.
6. Be responsible and accountable for whatever work assigned to you.

On 6th January 2023 we had the privilege to welcome Mr. Antony Rajkumar, Founder of “StoryBoats” to our office at Hyderabad. Mr. Rajkumar can influence people and organizations through his communication, strategy and storytelling skills. We had a very interesting and engaging session with him for almost an hour wherein he covered various aspects that we need to value in life. He started the session by appreciating our company name “SimplyBiz” which means to simplify so each of one must work towards simplifying our client’s compliance requirements and add value to them.

Keeping it simple and fun throughout the session, he started by speaking about “Ambition”, one thing that is common to everyone. The journey to reach our ambition encompasses a full circle starting with “Our Self”, “Our Team”, “Our Company”, “Our Clients”, which leads back to “Our Self” so aligning our ambition with the goals of the organization is very important.Keeping it simple and fun throughout the session, he started by speaking about “Ambition”, one thing that is common to everyone. The journey to reach our ambition encompasses a full circle starting with “Our Self”, “Our Team”, “Our Company”, “Our Clients”, which leads back to “Our Self” so aligning our ambition with the goals of the organization is very important.

He discussed on various other aspects as well and the key take-aways from the meeting were:

• There are two types of currencies- one is “MONEY” and the other is “TIME”, But “TIME” is the greater currency compared to “MONEY”, as it cannot be earned back so value time and make the most of it.
• At your workplace, have high Ambitions to learn and contribute more so because we are spending the greatest currency of ours here i.e., TIME…
• “Be selfish” in a good way and make the most out of everything.
• Always have the hunger to learn and do better.
• Work in a manner that you give your best to the client such that the client in turn works for you by spreading the word about your services thereby builds your reputation and goodwill.
• Profits are the consequences of efforts so they should not be the priority.
• Do not lose the child inside you, it can be more creative and innovative.
• Never compare yourself with others as your journey has been made for yourself and you are fully prepared for it.
• Always be in touch with what makes you human to be a good storyteller.

The young and energetic team of SimplyBiz was mesmerised after attending such an amazing session which gave them great learnings enveloped in beautiful stories.
