1. Book Keeping& Accounting

• Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Recordsin accordance with governing laws
• Submission of Monthly MIS
• Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss A/c, Notes to Accounts, Auditors Report)
• Coordination with the Auditors for auditing the Books of Accounts under Companies Act, Income Tax Act & GST
