I am Neha Kujur, a CS Executive at SimplyBiz. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honors in Computers and am currently pursuing my CS Finals (Professional Programme). As an emerging professional, undergoing her training, I am actively learning various corporate compliances under company law, security law, SEBI, FEMA and other laws, drafting documents, client communication and handling under the guidance and supervision of an expertise team of seniors.

My key responsibilities include taking care of the client’s corporate needs, be it regulatory compliances or independent requests. Being a professional student, I also spend a lot of time reading and interpreting various laws and regulations, writing articles and team discussions. In addition to my professional duties, I manage the SimplyBiz YouTube Channel, which serves as a knowledge hub for clients, professionals, and students.
