I am Surya Prakash Perumalla, with over 17 years of experience which includes 7 years of experience as a whole-time Company Secretary in a Listed Company and 10 years of experience in R&A Associates, Corporate Secretarial Firm, Hyderabad.

I am specialized in handling Due diligence, Secretarial Audit, Revival and Closure of Companies, Management disputes, director disqualifications, Removal of Directors, Listed Company compliances, and compliances concerning the change of Control and Management of the Company and NBFC compliances. I have also been extensively liasioning with various regulatory authorities i.e. Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT, Official Liquidator, Reserve Bank of India etc.

With my core strength in Secretarial Audit, I am a go-to person for the entire team to discuss complex compliance-related issues and help them with the correct interpretation of the Act.

Over these 17 years, I have learnt the skill of managing a team, understanding the issues of the clients and resolving them. Most of the clients in my portfolio are Equity & Debt Listed companies. I have companies which are in Construction, Real Estate, Leasing & Finance, and IT including a leading pharmaceutical group which is based in India and overseas in my portfolio.

I am a highly spiritual person and am known to be extremely cool-headed in every situation. I constantly work towards improving and upskilling myself.

I am a Bachelor of Law, PG DPM, Master of Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
