I am an Associate – Legal with the SimplyTransact team at SimplyBiz, with four years of experience specializing in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts, conducting legal due diligence for companies, and providing transaction advisory for startup fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial projects. My role involves negotiating and drafting transaction-related documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.

My professional journey has encompassed extensive legal practice in civil and corporate law, providing legal advisory, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents, agreements, and petitions. I have also assisted in negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements and schemes of arrangement for corporate restructuring and amalgamation. I hold a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, where I was awarded the Gold Medal for securing the second rank in the program. Additionally, I hold diplomas in M&A, Institutional Finance and Investment Laws (PE and VC transactions), and Corporate Law & Practice: Transactions, Governance and Disputes.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader with a keen interest in behavioral economics and international relations. I am also a cricket enthusiast and enjoy exploring emerging consumer technologies.
