I am a Company Secretary and Law Graduate with over three years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance. My expertise lies in interpreting and applying corporate laws and governance frameworks to ensure organizational compliance with statutory requirements.

In my current role, I manage a diverse portfolio of companies & my responsibilities include managing end-to-end corporate secretarial compliances, overseeing corporate actions & ensuring timely regulatory filings. This experience has improved my ability to solve complex compliance issues and set up strong governance frameworks.

Beyond my corporate role, I am deeply committed to promoting workplace equity and legal awareness. As an active member of Pink & Blue – Symbiotic Living NGO, I play a key role in driving awareness and education on workplace rights, with a strong focus on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) law.

My passion for women’s empowerment has led me to deliver several impactful talks on POSH in the corporate world which earned me the Emerging POSH Trainer Award.

In addition, I contribute to the professional community as a Sub-Committee member of the Information Technology Committee and the Women Empowerment Committee of the Gurugram Chapter of ICSI.
