I am Shilpa Agarwal and I possess 8 years of post-qualification experience which includes 3 years experience of working in a listed company as a Company Secretary. I am known for my in-depth knowledge and experience in Corporate law and my strong analytical skills. I am a subject matter expert on ESOPs & Funding options for start-ups. My other competencies include advising on capital structuring, Foreign Direct Investment in India, Setting up of business in India and managing end-to-end corporate secretarial compliances under Company Law and FEMA.
