I am Suhasini Ashok B, a Company Secretary with an experience of 12 years. My core competency lies in dealing with matters relating to Corporate Laws, Legal and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. I have been extensively working on various Insolvency Resolution and Liquidation cases and have been instrumental in bringing them to closure.

I love travelling and cooking. I am equally passionate about my family and my profession and so while I continue to acquire more knowledge & skills, I also ensure spending quality time with my kids.
